Why did you decide to become a Program Partner for Adventures in Medicine?
As Vice President of SwedishAmerican Medical Group, I believe that physicians are the foundation of any successful health system. Without well-trained clinicians and strong physician leaders, we cannot achieve our mission. We see so many young physicians finish years of clinical training only to realize they have no training in the business side of medicine, or any idea of how they really want to practice, where they really want to live, or how to balance the demands of career and personal life. With Adventures in Medicine, we have the opportunity to help the next generation of physicians navigate the transition into successful practice and personal satisfaction.
